The company specializes in recycling both post-consumer and post-industrial polyolefin waste and operates one of the most advanced plastic wash plants on the African continent.
In addition, Tufflex manufactures a wide range of recycled plastic timber products used across various industrial, agricultural, and domestic sectors. These products are made from diverse waste polymers, including hard-to-recycle materials such as toothpaste tubes, mixed plastics, and multilayer substrates. This positions Tufflex among the few companies in South Africa that repurpose non-recyclable waste, which would otherwise be destined for landfills.
